I don't know about you but, I get lost with all the jargon. I feel as though I am learning a new language on a daily basis, and I have to schedule time to retrain my brain.
Did you know that Brainstorming is now called Mind Mapping? I discovered a stockpile of apps that will not only allow you to catalog your ideas, but also allow others to contribute. The maps are identified as "graphical representations of information" but really all that is all idea's collected around the "idea". Mind Mapping is supposed to help you see the BIG PICTURE.. now that's a phrase I am familiar with. Mind Mapping software claims to increase productivity by 23%, memory by 15%.
I don't know about you but, I prefer human interaction, I want to see your face when I suggest an idea so out of reach that you can't help but smirk. We may not have a choice as Mind Maps are being used by a steady growing number of business and who value the presentation value, project planning tools and mapping solutions.
